Program Purchase Policy
The Midlife Metabolic Reset is a structured 90-day guided program. Program materials are released in phases to support implementation and engagement.
Because enrollment includes immediate access to proprietary digital materials, our refund policy is as follows:

7-Day Satisfaction Window
We offer a 7-day satisfaction window from the date of purchase.
If, within 7 calendar days of enrollment, you determine the program is not the right fit, you may request a full refund by emailing us at ria@midlifethrivewellness.com.

Refund requests must be submitted within the 7-day window.

After 7 Days
After 7 days from the date of purchase, program fees are non-refundable.

This policy reflects:

Immediate access to structured digital content
Progressive module release
The administrative and onboarding resources provided upon enrollment
Staggered Access & Content Protection
Program modules are released in phases throughout the 90-day experience. Continued access to future modules is contingent upon active enrollment.

If a refund is issued within the 7-day window:

Access to the Education Hub will be revoked.
All future module releases will be cancelled.
Unauthorized distribution or reproduction of program materials is strictly prohibited.

Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full program investment. Payment plans are not cancellable after the 7-day satisfaction window.

Clinical Services & Prescriptions
Midlife Thrive Wellness provides education and structured implementation support.
If you choose to pursue lab testing, medical evaluation, hormone therapy, or prescription medications through our licensed partner clinicians, those services are:

Managed separately through the clinical platform
Subject to the clinician or partner’s policies
Generally non-refundable once rendered or initiated
Medication and laboratory fees are separate from program fees.

Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life circumstances can change. In rare cases, refund requests submitted after the 7-day window may be reviewed at our discretion.
