Why I Created Midlife Thrive Wellness.

Midlife Thrive Wellness was created for women who feel like their bodies changed - and nobody explained why.

Registered Nurse • Founder of Midlife Thrive Wellness • Midlife Health Educator

As a registered nurse with nearly 30 years of healthcare experience - and as a woman living this stage of life myself - I know how confusing it can be when sleep, energy, metabolism, body composition, mood and hormones seem to change at the same time. Like many women, I reached a point where the things that had worked for years did not seem to work the same way anymore. I was not looking for a shortcut. I wanted to understand what was happening and what the evidence actually said. The more I learned about menopause, hormones, metabolic health, muscle, sleep, nutrition, body composition and healthy aging, the clearer one thing became: midlife health is about much more than a number on the scale. It is about understanding your body, protecting muscle, improving metabolic health, paying attention to sleep and prevention, and building the strength and resilience to enjoy the decades ahead. That is why I created Midlife Thrive Wellness. Women deserve a place where they can learn about lifestyle strategies, hormone therapy, GLP-1 medications, laboratory testing, peptides and emerging therapies without being pushed toward one answer or shamed for the option they choose. My role is to build and curate that educational experience. MTW helps women understand their options and find the right pathway to explore next. When a prescription treatment or laboratory pathway requires medical review, that process is handled through the external clinical platform and appropriately licensed clinicians.

MY GOAL

Help Women Understand Their Options.

My goal is not to tell every woman that there is one correct path. It is to make the information easier to understand, keep long-term health at the center, and help women make informed decisions with more clarity and confidence.
